In 1840, Thomas Millikin founded what is known today as Millikin & Fitton Law Firm, the oldest law firm in Butler County and one of the oldest law firms in the State of Ohio.  Over the last 175 years, the attorneys of Millikin & Fitton have established a tradition of excellence in the practice of law , and also in community service.

Today, our business and transactional attorneys, civil litigation and personal injury attorneys, estate planning and probate attorneys provide exceptional legal services while using technology to serve our clients as efficiently as possible.  Millikin & Fitton has grown to 11 attorneys , and has offices located in Hamilton, Oxford and West Chester.
