The Hamilton Community Foundation offers a special “reverse scholarship” for recent college graduates called the Talent Attraction Program (TAP) Scholarship. If you are not currently living in the city of Hamilton, but have plans to move to our city, you could receive up to $5,000 towards your student loans just by living here.
